We understand that satisfaction is paramount, and we strive to ensure that every client is delighted with the results of our work. Recleaning Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning performed by Elite Cleaning Pros LLC, please notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will promptly address any concerns and schedule a recleaning if necessary.

Client Assessment

Upon completion of the cleaning service, we encourage all clients to assess the work performed within 24 hours. If you identify any areas that require further attention or are not up to your satisfaction, please inform us promptly.

Notification Deadline

To qualify for a recleaning, clients must notify our office of any issues within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning service. We kindly request that all feedback and requests for recleaning be communicated via email to [email protected].

Re-Cleaning Process

Upon receiving notification of dissatisfaction, we will schedule a recleaning at the earliest mutually convenient time. Our team will return to address the specific areas of concern and ensure that they meet your expectations.

Timeframe for Re-Cleaning

Re-cleanings will be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 48 hours of receiving the client’s notification. However, scheduling may vary based on availability and other factors.

No Refunds Policy

Please note that Elite Cleaning Pros LLC does not offer refunds for completed cleaning services. All payments are due at the completion of the job and are non-refundable.

Quality Assurance

In the event that clients fail to notify our office of any issues within 48 hours after the completion of the cleaning service, we will not return to re-clean the specific areas. Instead, we will take note of the feedback and ensure that extra time and attention are given to those areas during the next scheduled cleaning. Additionally, our team will conduct a thorough quality check to address any potential concerns.
